I am using Nanny Express Placement Agency for assistance in hiring a summer nanny. I understand that this agreement is for the summer only which consist of the months of June-August. I understand that a registration fee in the amount of $150 at the time of submitting my family application and agreement form. I understand that there is a placement fee of $500 will need to be paid before my nanny can start working. I understand that there is a 30 day grace period starting from the date my nanny starts working. If my nanny does not work out, quits or is fired within the 30 day grace period, I will be refunded the placement fee in the amount of $500.00 or I can choose to not get a refund and be provided with another nanny. I understand that the registration fee in the amount of $150 is non refundable, but I will remain a lifetime client, meaning that in the future if I need a nanny, I won't have to pay the registration fee again. I understand if my nanny does not work out, quit or is fired after the 30 day grace period, there is NO refund.
