How This Nanny Placement Program Works
We are a nanny placement program. We match nannies and families together nationwide. We have created this placement program in a way so everyone that need a nanny can afford to use our services.
We have (2) Payment Options:
*Option#1 No Placement Fee
All nanny agencies have very large placement fees that families have to pay upfront. The fees can start from $900-$3,000. Plus you have to pay your nanny hourly. We have created a way so families can afford to use a placement agency for assistance in finding a good caregiver for their children. This option has no upfront placement fee. You will not have to adjust your budget in any way.We are paid according to the total number of hours each nanny worked.
For Example Only:
Lets say you decided to pay your nanny $12.00 per hour. If we place a nanny in your home you would pay the nanny $10.00 per hour. The $2.00 per hour worked would be paid to our placement program. So you see you would still only be paying $12.00 per hour. Nothing has changed in your budget.
Option 2 -Placement Fee
If you choose option 2, there is a upfront placement fee for a nanny to be placed. There is no hourly fees. Go To our Fees Page
