4. Does your agency interview the nannies or do we?
Answer
No. We review their applications, call references and employers. Once we find the right applicant that meets your requirements, it is a direct hire/immediate hire by the you the family. We will call you to set up a date and time for you to meet your new nanny.

5. What if I don't like the nanny and her job performance, and its not working out?
Answer
You are not under any obligations to keep that nanny working in your home if you are disatisfied. We will find you a replacement. Each nanny that goes through our placement program will have signed and dated an agreement form stating that they understand and are aware that they can be let go at anytime due to poor job performance and disatisfaction of the family etc....
