Nanny Express Family Agreement Form

Nanny Express is a private nanny placement agency. We provide families with qualified nannies to care for their children. We do a background check and check references on each candidate that applies for the position(s) available.  Our agency provides direct placement. All families should be prepared for immediate hiring once we have found that qualified nanny.

Our agency has a placement fee in the amount of $1,000.00, plus a one time lifetime registration fee in the amount of $150.00.  You will never have to pay the $150.00 registration fee ever again if you were to need another nanny or nannies in the future. The total amount of $1150.00 is due upon filling out the family application and signing this agreement form. This must be paid before any nanny will  be placed by Nanny Express.

There is a 30 day grace period to find a qualified nanny for you and your family. If for some reason our agency has not been able to provide you with a nanny/caregiver within the 30 day grace period, than the placement fee will be refunded in full or you can choose to have our agency continue to search for a qualified nanny/caregiver for an additional 30 days. This does not mean that it will take us 30 days to find a nanny for you. We may find a nanny for you within days, weeks, on up to 30 days.

Once a nanny/caregiver has been found, we will fax the nanny application or resume to you. We will then set up a date and time for you and your family to meet the nanny. We also will need to know the start date.

Once a nanny/caregiver has been hired by a family, there is a 30 day grace period, starting from the date the nanny/caregiver started. If the nanny/caregiver does not work out, quit or is fired within the 30 day grace period, the placement fee will be refunded in full, unless you ask us to continue searching for another nanny. If the nanny/caregiver does Not work out, quit or is fired After the 30 day grace period, there will be (NO) refund.

Our agency does not guarantee that every nanny/caregiver that we place with a family will match and work out. That's totally impossible to know, being that we can not control what people do. But we will do our absoute best to try and find a perfect match for your family.

Our agency is not responsible for salaries or taxes of the nanny/caregivers. All families are 100% responsible of this. Each nanny/caregiver should have some kind of contract from their employers, spelling out the terms and conditions of their employment. They should be given an annual wage and tax statement form W-2.
