| I am using Nanny Express Placement Agency for assistance in finding a good nanny to care for my child or children in my home. I understand that once Nanny Express Placement Agency has found the right candidate that match the requirements that I am seeking, it is a direct/immediate hire by the family. I understand that I do not have to pay an upfront placement fee, but I do have to pay a one time/lifetime registration fee in the amount of $150. Also, I understand that I am responsible for paying Nanny Express Placement Agency $2.00 times the total number of hours worked by my nanny. I understand that everytime my nanny is paid so is Nanny Express Placement Agency, whether it is weekly or bi-weekly, for as long as the nanny is employed with my family. If my nanny is paid for paid vacation and paid holidays, so is Nanny Express.I understand I must fax or mail in my nanny time cards. This is how Nanny Express will keep a record of the total hours my nanny has worked. I understand that I have three options of payment methods. I can make my payment online, check or money order.I have read and fully understand the information and FAQs page on the Nanny Express website.I also understand that if my nanny is fired , laid-off or quit, I am to contact Nanny Express immediately.I will be honest and truthful about the hours my nanny has worked. If anything is found to be falsified, I will be held responsible.I fully understand all of the above statements in this family agreement form. |
