We are a private nanny placement agency. We match nannies and families together. We are located in Charlotte NC, but we provide our services nationwide. My name is Tammy Daniels. I am the owner and creator of this business. I used to be a nanny/preschool owner and preschool teacher. I have always been involved with working with families and children. I have over 17 years of experience. When I was working as a nanny, I had several moms approach me, asking if I was available as a nanny or if I knew of any nannies seeking a job. This is the reason I started my nanny business. Most families do not know how to go about finding a good qualified, reliable nanny and they need assistance. Our agency is here to be a helping hand. Our agency is different from most agencies. We have made it affordable for everyone thats looking to hire a nanny. We have (2) Options you can choose from. Option 1-There is a NO upfront placement fee, and you will not have to adjust your budget at all to use our services. The economy has been changed alot recently, so I feel its a win win win situation of the adjustments we have made with the no upfront placement fee option. The family is getting a good qualified nanny, the nanny is getting a job, and we're able to provide our services to help both families and nannies.
